Flush only toilet paper; do not put grease, food, or trash in sinks. ● Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur fees. ● Respect the Property - Handle with care, report damages immediately, and do not remove any items from the property. ►► By making a reservation, you agree to Toshi Stay rules and policies to be found at our page/ rules ( QR code is in our picture) ⭐ Other Things to Note ● Belongings: Check your belongings before departure. Items left behind will be discarded, as cleaning companies rotate and no one lives on-site. ● Space Heaters & Appliances: Turn off all appliances and space heaters when not at the property to prevent fire hazards, ( except for the fridge) ● Pets: Approved pets (property-specific) must not be left unattended. ● Towels: One set of towels is provided per guest. Request extras at least 24 hours before check-in. ● Keys: Keep track of keys and return them to the lockbox upon departure to avoid fees. ►► Violations of our rules may result in fees (start at $100) or reservation cancellation without refund.
